how to use... bring a pan of salted water to the boil and reduce to a gentle simmer. add a knob of butter or drizzle of oil to the bottom of your egg poacher to line it. crack in your eggs. hook over the pan ensuring the bottom of the poacher is below the water level. poach to perfection. you can then serve, or keep the cooked eggs warm by hooking the metal poacher to the top of the pan, out of the water.
...you can also use the poacher to lift your boiled eggs out of a pan, allowing the water to drain away.
hand wash the poacher in warm soapy water.
